Business & Economic Growth Rotary Club of Baton Rouge - Member since 2001; President 2020–2021 - The Rotary Club of Baton Rouge is the 5th Largest Rotary in the US, 7th largest in the world - When the Rotary Club moved meeting locations in 2013, I chose and implemented the RFID sign in system for weekly meeting - The new location had now Audio/Video equipment, I collaborated to designed the system still in use today - Led the Club through the Covid Pandemic, kepping members engaged through continued weekly virtual meetings Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce - Small Business Council, 1992-1999 - Chaired 1995-1996 - Hosted multiple events to create awareness for Small Business members Education & Youth DevelopmentBaton Rouge Community College - Business Curriculum Advisory Board (2008–2016) - I lobbied the BRCC Leadership to create a course on Professional Sales - In 2012, working with the Head of the Business Curriculum, helped to design the initial Introduction to Sales ClassCapital Area STEM Network Center - Advisory Board (2022–Present). - Volunteer judge at STEM competitions Boy Scouts of America - Istrouma Area Council Board of Directors, Scout Leader 1998-2022 - Pack 103 Den Leader - Troop 103 Asst. Troop Leader - Lead two Extreme Hiking Adventures to Philmont Scout Ranch (2008 & 2014)Boys & Girls Club of Baton Rouge - Board Member 1999-2010 - Fundraising - Interacting with the boys & girls at the Club Junior Achievement of Greater Baton Rouge - Board Member 1999-2011 - Taught the JA Courses in Class at multiple schools and to multiple grade

And now that the Tech Gumbo Podcast has a national and global audience, the conversation that started in Baton Rouge is influencing people interested in technology everywhere.
