GENERAL INFORMATICS, Baton Rouge, LA Senior Customer Success Manager | May 2021 – Jul 2025 Managed $225,000 in monthly recurring revenue across major enterprise accounts in Louisiana and Texas, serving as a trusted technology advisor to C-level stakeholders. Delivered regular IT strategy reviews aligning technology roadmaps with business goals across cybersecurity, cloud, and network modernization. EMCO TECHNOLOGIES, Baton Rouge, LA Director of IT- Sales & Service | 2017 – Apr 2021 Grew Monthly Recurring Revenue from $4,000 to $65,000 — a 1,525% increase — by building a disciplined sales operation around CRM strategy, multi-channel marketing, and end-to-end network consulting. South Central Bell, South Louisiana Sales- 1987-1990 My technology career began at South Central Bell, where I sold Yellow Page advertising and local phone services at a time when the telephone was still the backbone of American business communication. It was my first lesson in helping people and businesses connect — a thread that has run through everything I've done since.
